Position Title: CEO Excutive Search Consultant
Location: GuangZhou、BeiJing、ShenZhen

Job Description：

1, Set the demand for talent searching channels, guide Assistant consultant Adviser search target candidates;
2. Unfold interviews,screening, candidates assessment and provide interview reports according to clients’ requirement;
3 Arrange client interview and maintain good communication with clients and candidates;
4, Responsible for developing new clients.

Requirement：

1. At least 5 years experience in large company
2, with excellent interpersonal skills and good human relations, personnel recruitment and selection with a wealth of experience;
3, excellent English, oral fluency, can be used as working language;
4, positive personality, cheerful, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and spirit of dedicated work;
5, have a good sense of customer service, quick thinking, clarity, can withstand all kinds of work pressure and challenges.
6, Human Resources / English / Psychology / Economics or related degree or above, may be adjusted outstanding requirements;
